Project Status

Finishing works are still in progress. The exterior walls are now painted (see the latest pictures below). Other works to complete are the electricals wirings and fixtures and the main entrance from Meralco, lighting fixtures, panel boards, mechanical works for the fire protection system, stand pipes and fire hose cabinets, the water sprinklers, motors and pumps, water tanks, unfinished plumbing and sanitary works, toilet and bath rooms, airconditioning, the elevator, ceiling works, floor finishings and tileworks, interior paintings, waterproofing and damproofing, ground level outside development, security doors and parking areas.

We have completed the fire exit stair and landing on every floors on July 2012. The fire exit doors will follow. Glory to God!
